Bonds indicted !!

He's not going to jail because of the steroids. It's because he committed perjury. He may go to jail... or not.

He has been indicted, but he still has to stand trial.

Exactly, bec he lied under oath is what will get him in jail not bec of the use of steroids.
 
It's about time after years of evidence, geez. I wonder what made the decision up to do it now? :| I mean I respect Bonds' talent as an athlete, but I sincerily dislike him as a person (solely based on information obtained from media in last 10 years or so). He's just one of those guys I would classify as simply "a bad person." Overall, I just don't feel there's a ton of "bad" people, but to me he is. The steroid issue is just a piece of it.
 
Finally!

Im so sick of these overblown egos - he clearly thought he was above the law just like Vicks was/is. As well as Simpson. These types of people make me sick. They become rich by cheating and expect to be demi-gods over justice system.

I hope Bonds will pay the consquences big time.

It is not looking good for Bonds because this is a FEDERAL INDICTMENT. The Feds don't play around so the evidence must be overwhelming. They will win and having a winning percentage of 95% so Bonds is toast period.

Cheaters do not deserve any sympathy.

He LIED that he did not use steriods or "performance-enchaning" drugs So if he get convicted for lying to grand jury then that means he did use steroid.

At least, Bonds is worse cheater than Brady :afro:

OK, enough with "angel Brady" picture...I think I will :barf: again!

Anyway, For 4 counts of perjury I think it up to 5 yrs each, and for the obstruction of justice charge it is up to 10 yrs. Now Bonds just has to write his own book, "if I did it" just like OJ. ...Soon he will be able to take his steroids the way he wants them while in the shower in prison, in the behind!:rofl: :booty:
 
Oh and I just hear that judge ordered Greg Anderson to be released from prison??? Whats up with that?? Mabey he ratted out Bonds in exchange for release? I really though they would be Cellmates one day.

I couldn't pass the opportunity to do so:giggle: I saw the headline news about Bonds he can get up to 10 years in prison if charged. With a high paid lawyer Bonds will be out of jail or give get some kind of sentence to get him free.

I had heard the Oakland A's were considering signing Bonds but have pulled out due to the uncertainity over what Bonds has done and the prejury charges against him and etc... so looks like we have seen the last of Barry Bonds in a baseball uniform for a long long time....

huh ?? where s link ???? Bonds aint gonna to play anymore bec like Vick 's case, federal isn't going to take easy on people who committed crimes.
