I would NOT put alot of stock into this diet. In fact, it sounds rather unhealthy. I think one would lose weight, but only because you're restricting calories. You can lose weight with any diet by doing that.
I would ask all of you to please research this diet thoroughly and check with your Dr before you actually try it. I could be harmful.
Frankly, this diet plan gives me alot of misgivings and I would NOT be willing to try it, nor would I encourage my friends to try it. In fact, I would go out of my way to discourage anyone from going on this diet plan.
