Blood Type Diet

I would NOT put alot of stock into this diet. In fact, it sounds rather unhealthy. I think one would lose weight, but only because you're restricting calories. You can lose weight with any diet by doing that.

I would ask all of you to please research this diet thoroughly and check with your Dr before you actually try it. I could be harmful.

Frankly, this diet plan gives me alot of misgivings and I would NOT be willing to try it, nor would I encourage my friends to try it. In fact, I would go out of my way to discourage anyone from going on this diet plan.
I agree with you here. I attended weight managament at clinic year ago and I learned something about it and it works great but unfortunely I need to change my attiude about my eating habit first. Eat alot fiber food to help lose weight, mostly. Follow pyramid.
 
I forgot to add that what about those who have RH - or + dont that affect those?

I have O rh + i forgot to add that last night as I was tired.. and not thinking right. ugh!

so i am pondering on this... and ocean breeze you are right about this diets. we just have to follow what is right on the pyramids how many servings per days and etc.

Besides what do they know?? What if one doesnt work?

My mom have gas when she eat broccoli. she have O like me.. and i eat broccoli i dont get gas?

i think it depend on their stomaches.. not the type of diets? hmm....

before you go on a diet.. always consult your doctor so your doctor will know that you are going on a diet and will watch over you and ensure you are ok and not get sick.. etc..
 
I'm type A and I'm surprised they mentioned soy food under weight loss because it can cause thyroid cancer (as they say). Liebling, do you eat soy food?
 
today i took a kit for blood test! now i know my blood type is strongly to be 0+

so i click it again here! let see!
 
I don't know what's my type of blood, need find out.
