TYRONE, Pa. -- A Blair County man is accused of more than 400 criminal counts after police say he sexually assaulted a young girl over a period of years.

Timothy Yeager, 30, of Tyrone was charged with 50 counts each of rape, indecent and sexual assault.

State police said Yeager began abusing the girl when she was 6 years old. Police began their investigation last summer at the request of Altoona Regional health officials.
