Honestly, seat ain't that worth. Why brother get lawsuit for him? The seat is seat.

I see ... he was not trying to sell a peice of furniture, like a chair, or a table. He was trying to fill Obama's empty position of being a Senator, to the highest bidder. He was trying to cheat at the election process as well as earn money from doing this.

He was trying to fill a very powerful position in government to a person who paid him, rather than get elected.
