Blackberry SOS--help!

Sorry about your debit card. :(

The worse news is, my debit card account number was stolen, probably a week ago, and someone charged over $1,700 worth of electronics from Finland to my card. So, even though my money is in my account, and I reported the fraud right away, I can't access for another 7-10 days. I had to get a new MasterCard and PIN. I can't use my savings or checking account or ATM. Nothing.

:eek3:

ugh....

I was looking forward to getting a new Curve but it looks like I won't be able to any time soon. :(

The good news is, the pearl started scrolling again.

The bad news is, the rebates are for new customers only. If I upgrade, I have to pay the full $299 price. Forget it.

So, no new Blackberry for me.

OUCH! I'm very sorry to hear about you are victim of fraud and it did happened to me before but WF stopped it from being happen and I don't have to pay back because of zero liability on credit card, also there are zero liability on debit card from big bank, especially WF and Bank of America.

I'm suggesting you to get credit card for any purchases and never use debit card outside of ATM, especially if your bank has no zero liability on debit card, also you don't have to spend more than you have money to left, just transfer from checking account to credit account after you make purchases. It is safe and better than being sorry from painful fraud.

About BB, it did happened to my old BB in 3 years ago and I just pressed the trackball so hard as I can so turned that can scroll any direction again instead of stuck at down. You can clean it with alcohol too and it works fine.
