This will lead to VP appointment after a few email exchanges. All techs in this Tech Support are deaf. Good luck..

You should try to follow step by step of the instructions:

Homescreen>> Options>> Advance>> Host Routing Table>> menu by Press the BlackBerry button (seven black dots)>> select register now. it will send service book on your bb and you will receive message from email thru bb.
