There is nothing racist at play here. Diversity is not quite as extensive as you might hope. When you compare the Black population percentages as a whole, then look at the number of Black Republicans that are in Congress, something does not add up.

But on the more recent events, like this election, we have South Carolina State Rep. Haley who became the first female Indian-American governor in the country, and the first woman to lead her state.

Oklahoma also elected its first female governor.

Nevada's Republican Attorney General, Brian Sandoval become the state's first Latino governor.

So, there are a lot of firsts here, especially among minorities.

And then we have conservative Republican Marco Rubio, a latino Senator, who exhibit rare qualities and traits who could run for president someday. Rubio has a solid conservative political philosophy. Secondly, he is charismatic. And lastly he has the ability to effectively articulate a conservative message. And Rubio won the race in a landslide. No wonder Clinton/Obama was desperate in trying to help Crist win. Crist was once a Republican before Rubio beat him out in the primary. He then became an independent and sought Obama's help but later Clinton got caught in trying convince Meek, a black Democrat candidate, to leave the race so that Clinton can support Crist but Clinton ended up stumping for Meek....unsucessfully so.

(Last paragraph)....Absolutely!...and I admire Meek for not leaving the race, and if it had came down to Meek or Crist, Meek would have gotten my vote! But Rubio was my choice all along.

My gay friend from Miami voted for Meek too but he was very upset that Meek lost.

If I live in FL so I will rather to pick Meek over Crist, anyway.

Lol. But seriously, the ones I knew have been Democrat for generations. It is because of poverty and the social programs Democrats push.

So, are you saying that Blacks are more likely to be in poverty? Are they more likely to be concerned about it? Are you saying they "tend" to be more commonly involved in social programs? Why would that be the case?

Might want to ask yourself a few questions since there are so many black Democrat politicians for over the last few decades now we should've seen vast improvements in areas of neighborhoods and jobs? Although we still have slummy neighborhoods and unemployment rate among blacks are at 16.1% compared to 9.8% nationwide (Employment Situation Summary). Rather disproportionate I'd say. Also, you might want to ask yourself why "nearly 40% of all black pregnancies end in induced abortion" is occurring. "That's over 3x the rate of white women and 2x the rate of all other races combined." Pretty disproportionate would you say? And you have oodles and oodles of black Democrat politicians in office, too.

My question remains, why is this the case? Why the difference? Is it because they are discriminated against when they look for work, which leads to mothers that cannot afford to raise kids, so they abort? Are the abortion clinics in poor areas because white folk would rather have them out of sight? I am not asking for more statistics. I am asking WHY?

Abortion providers have been historically promoted for poor and minority neighborhoods ever since Planned Parenthood's founder Margaret Sanger wanted to put her eugenics theory into practice. She wanted to purify the gene pool (sound familiar?).
