Yes, I love my dishwasher, too!![]()

As a wheelchair user, the more space, the better. And no clutter, nothing to block my path. I don't have a coffee table in the living room, for example, since it would block me from transferring onto the sofa or chairs. All my doorways and hallways are spacious, and I installed an elevator in my home to access my basement.

I like average-sized bedroom with bathroom attached to it and walk-in closet. For myself - I like to have 2 bedrooms apartment/home. My living style is quite utilitarian.... some may say "spartan" but I try to soften it up to make it more welcoming for guests.
I don't like having lot of decorations and old-fashioned furniture. I like a well-lighted, cozy, "warm" atmosphere such as - comfortable sofa to fall asleep on, big screen tv, queen-size bed, and IKEA furniture.
IKEA furnitures are badass! I own some of furnitures that are from IKEA.

yea... the "college student" budget.Simple, modest, affordable. that's how I like it. I make some of my own such as tv stand, desk, etc. I could not believe the price of it at some stores and I could build same thing for as much as.... $20? $30? rather than....... some $200+ at stores.
When I lived in an apt in Virginia (for college), I built a tv stand with cement block wrapped with duct tape (to make it look nicer) and put on a wooden board on top of it. I used a door for desk
