Same here...right at where the ear and head meet at the crease. I had mine done at the Melbourne Royal Eye and Ear Hospital 6 years ago. :)

Also, Dr. Strangelove has big incision because he got implanted in 1990 and hair loss in scar that where surgery went on it but it wasn't happen on Freedom because most of them got surgery on behind of ear.
 
Great pics of your surgical process. thanks for sharing. I am very ignorant to CI's and have been researching them more the last month.
 
Wow, looking good!

I have a friend who got CI last month. Today, you can't really see the scar. When I saw him, I remembered that he got CI... but I couldn't remember which side he got it on. I even snuck a peek at both sides of his head and I saw nothing.

That's great but you know what??? After Oct 2nd, she will be even bigger smile once she hears your moaning. Ouch ..did I say out aloud?
 
LoL yep you said that out loud...Thats actually one of the many things she can't wait to hear. I told her wait till she hears herself she's even louder..Opps now that was out loud indeed..LoL
