I think baseball needs to work on salary caps for all teams. I think this will give every team a fair treatment in reaching the World Series.

that's right, I like that idea better system to fair for any teams to better teams. Ihope it will work same NHL need that too.
 
Look at Jaguars in their first season for NFL. How did they get to the playoffs if the Salary cap wasn't an issue?
