Folks,

We have this in the news.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A33616-2005Feb17.html

This will weaken consumer protections for people especially those who fell into the grips of certain deaf wireless companies.

Our agency developed a new product with a small grant from the National Deaf Union Association and this is the message we're sending out to people.

Folks,

In the past 9 years I've personally assisted scores of people in their
fight against over-aggressive creditors and bill collectors. Many of
our clients have had their credit problems zapped into smitherens
through the talents of our pro-bono attorneys. Some clients wanted
better and I've delivered service meant to fully benefit our clients.

I've put together the plans of 4 most successful 'arca' theories that
our clients have used to hide their most valuable asset, CASH, from
overzealous collectors!

They've hidden as much as $5 million in one of these theories in the
8 page booklet we will be offering for $10.00 donations.

As the interest in the weakening of consumer protection laws persists,
the need to help these people affected matches their ambitions to
weaken their protections!

I've always been on the consumer's side and that's why our credit
counseling clients trust us! The attached photo explains itself!

So keep an eye on the ASLNews.com website for our ARCA System booklet
offering.

I don't own or use credit cards, so I don't have debt.

Lucky you ocean....I wish I was debt-free but I'm at least working my way down .

Hmmmmmm. I see that half the folk who vote claim NO credit card debt.
Yeah, right.
Uh huh.

Its seems the wealthy gets out of jams because of bankruptcy. Like health clubs for example. Lets say you put a membership into a healthclub and the healthclub went out of business? And you file a lawsuit to get your money back. And the healthclub file for chapter 11. That means you cannot sue them because theyre bankrupt. Now because of those 74 senators, you not can file suits because the wealthy can no longer file for his business under bankruptcy. And if you bought something from a company and if you tried to take it back and the company went out of business you can now sue the owner who owned that company and you can get your money back.

Tomorow, the Bankruptcy Bill will be voted on. If you oppose the bill that will make it harder to wipe out debts, then you can tell your representatives in congress about it.
