Awake way too long

I'm getting to that point where just about anything is funny. I've been awake over 22 hours now and still have some more work to do. It's not all work's fault; just couldn't sleep so started earlier than planned and then it was the first day of bowling league after work ( 145 and 166 we only do 2 games ) and now doing some maintenance work on a server and some routers. Amazingly enough, I haven't had that much caffeine today and I didn't knock any customers out of service! I hope to leave for home in another couple of hours.
 
that silly, you should get some kind of routine even if no sleep you could at least try relax,,if needed get nytol use for night or two it may get sleep routine back
 
Allergy medications containing diphenhydramine HCL (Benadryl) are less expensive. Same active ingredient, and good for occasional use.

I've got some PM tylenol, but I have to be careful. I get too cranky on it sometimes. It didn't help that I finally got home at 6, but couldn't turn my phone off because I'm expecting an important call and got a flood of messages. So I'm back at work now. :laugh2: Short day at least and hopefully back on schedule tonight.
 
Lack of sleep can made you very accident prone...hope ur careful driving anywhere or operating any machinery.

Be good to urself and get the proper rest!

Thanks, I know I will sleep well today. Just found a new place with AWESOME fried pickles. Had some baked mac and cheese, too. If that doesn't do the trick, I'm beyond hope!

hope it all works and you get sleep...i talk as someone who has night after night sleepless,i know if no try shut brain down you in trouble....also be careful stuff with codine in it that keep you awake
