cheaper!!! I can't believe it. My former Ukraine friend and I may plan to fly to Ukraine. Ask him if renting car but renting car service was expensive. must pay insurance. he will borrow friend s car to drive anywhere.
 
Well in the old times like pre 1950's it's common for manual transmission, while very few are automatic but prob 2 or 3 speed. Automatic is pretty much common in the 90's-2000's while fewer have manual.
 
What calvin said is true and the manual transmissions in cars are cheaper to purchase when new as well

Expensive for Ukrainians, but for you nope. Everything in Ukraine is very cheap to Americans.

Yeah today's automatic have up to 6 speed.

expensive price in renting car in Russia? I can rent a car in germany but not allow to enter Russia because they are easy to stole cars.

I never rent a car in St. Petersburg, but I did rent a car in Riga, Latvia. It costs me only $80/week. Riga is well-popular tourist city compares to Kiev. I am sure that Kiev is cheaper to rent. Maybe $60? Research?

Yes, my car is manual. I had been tried automatic and don't like it because it would make me :zzz: that's why I prefer manual to keep my energy work... :D

It cost me $35 to rent a car per day and $150.00 per week. I experienced both. Nobody would rent the car for that :crazy: $1,000!!!!!!!!!!

There is no automatic and yes depend on size.

I am not going to waste my time to argue with someone who don't believe me and I was there before. Deal with that.

Why we should pay $1k for crap? That's WHY WE borrowed car from my grandpa.
