Hi!

I am considering to start ASL tutoring business. But I need some consulting.

I am trying to decide how much I should charge my client for tutoring.

Do anyone here have some ideas?

Thanks!

Who are your clients? Are there different catagories of clients? Would some catagories pay more than other catagories?

Why do they need your services?

What motivation would they have to buy your services?

What is your unique value proposition?

How can you market your service? How can you most effectively and inexpensively reach the very people you want to be your clients?

Can you find similar services offered by other people?

What are they charging?

Who are their clients?

What are the motivations or needs of their (or your) clients?

What is the unique value proposition of your "competitors" (other people who offer service)?

What is their business model? Does it look like an effective business model? Does it look like something you can adapt?

That'll get you started. You're welcome. :)
