You guys are awesome!

Shel - You can totally do it! Unlike you, I can't even imagine running more than 5 miles. I don't have the mental focus. Keep me updated!

Daredevel7 - Your race is NOT a baby walk!!! The hardest part for me is going from one sport to another. You do that race in August and you can do another, even if it is a bit longer.

The only reason why I'm training so much is because my classes for this semester are relatively intense until recently. It is easier to go to practice when you know someone else is going to be there gasping for air and then you can eat a ton of food. I think that is why I work out - to eat a lot. ;) I run 3 miles 5-6 times a week. I have to bike 10 miles just to get to swim practice, which explains most of my biking distance.

Good luck to everyone!

1)What kind of sports do you practise? For how long? How many times per week?

2)Just curious how many people are actually physically active, besides being a couch potato and surfing on AD

3)Plus I'm bored and the forum seems to be dead. Are people on vacation in the US or what????
