Anyone remember the Godfather movies?

Good to know ur enjoying the game as much as I am doing with it too. wait til u get one mission ..hint *neigh neigh* It was a real hoot doing that particular mission then waiting to see the reaction from the victim when he gets up in the morning lol...It did make me feel I was in the world of the Corleones.

The game version of Michael I hear is based on the description from the book. So if I had my druthers, I'd have the Al Pacino's Michael in the game, but then nothing is perfect, eh.

Oh man...maybe I better get back to playing it tonight as the game was loaned to us and has to go back tomorrow!

Interesting. That's commendable that they went back to the original source since they couldn't have Al Pacino, but the book is certainly a piece of junk compared with the movie.

If I can just get past that first car chase maybe I can get to that scene you're talking about. I hit a LOT of pedestrians...

UPDATE: I finally beat the game! It's a damn good game. It took me 34 hours to do all the missions plus wiping out the 4 other Mafia families (Tattaglias, Straccis, Cuneos, and Barzinis) and taking over NYC.

My stats showed I killed a lot of mobsters more than I did in GTA: San Andreas. I liked that the game had several challenges on how to kill a Mafia wiseguy 22 different ways from running him over with a car to tossing a Tattaglia gang member out of the window. Trickiest part of the game is taking over a Family's headquarters by yourself with no help from the Corleone family. Even the assassination contract missions were good with bonus conditions-my favorite being that I had to kill a rival family boss by walking up to him and choking the boss to death with just bare hands.

The most powerful weapon in the game is now my favorite in-game weapon, second to GTA: Vice City's S-12 shotgun.

The bonus DVD showing how EA made the game also is subtitled. The bonus dvd came with the Limited Edition version that I bought instead of the regular edition (same thing I did with Need for Speed Most Wanted Limited Black Edition)
