The only Medal of Honor game I ever played was Frontline for the PS2 a couple years ago.
Anyone noticed a trend in games based on World War II and Vietnam? The last 2 or so years I've been noticing a lot of FPS's based on both real wars and the current Iraq mess being released for PC and consoles.

I thought that allied assault was also for PS2, not only for Macs/PC? Maybe im mixed with Frontline and Allied assault...
Also heres some news for you: Medal of Honor: Dogs of War
It is coming out this spring and it seems like a better Medal of Honor game to me because it mentioned something about having soldiers by you to work with you, and like Freedom Fighters you can order them to do things, Which is pretty cool...

I heard about the Dogs of War game for MOH. Sounds cool. Right now I'm seeing the evolution of WWII games with the inclusion of squad orders. Also upcoming is a more realistic WWII game that I cant remember the title but Ubisoft is to publish that one. Squad-based strategy along with FPS PLUS graphics and violence that would make "Saving Private Ryan's" D-Day beach scene look pretty tame. I've seen the trailer for it at EBGames and I have to say it was so sickeningly friggin' real for a war game.

Ok now i seen the link about Dogs of War. Hmmmm now this gonna be interesting. It didnt mentioned PC games. It only mentioned XBox, Playstation 2, and Game Cube. I hope it comes out on PC that where I can play the game there. The recent game that came out in store is MOH Pacific Assault. Im planning to buy it this week to try it out. If I did buy it then I will update you about the game.
