I do not think that is possible and I'll explain why but it's best to ask your ENT but I do have personal experience with the deviated septum bit.
When I was 16 I was quite the hot headed teenager and didn't control an impulse that led to a broken nose.

A girl was making fun of my speech and I tried to reason with her and was nice, asking her why she felt the need to do this and that I'd appreciate it if she'd stop. She just egged me on and at the last minute I shoved her and it ended up turning into a fight. She busted my nose pretty good...
as a result I had to have my nose fixed through plastic surgery and also had it done for cosmetic reasons not related to the broken nose. I had a rather large "italian" type nose-it looked JUST like lady gaga's and since she's become famous I do regret getting it done...it did look better on me, now that I'm 29...I would have grown into it but that's for another thread I guess...
My nose after the surgery was made smaller-however, with all surgeries there can be complications and I ended up being one of the unlucky few to deal with a complication. My septum deviated-it can happen after a rhinoplasty. As a result I had to have two more surgeries to fix it and it's still slightly deviated. An eye sore to me but most do not notice it ( I hope ).
With the deviated septum I've had my yearly hearing exam since I was 16 and there has not been a change at all in my hearing loss. It's been the same. I do not think a deviated septum would cause a decrease in hearing if that is what you're asking. If it's something else-I wouldn't know.
But I hope this brings you some peace of mind

It's still crooked and my hearing has not dropped after all these years.
if you do find an answer and it's different than mine and is from the ENT I'd like to know myself if that can cause issues with hearing although I doubt it.
