Yes, a man can get an erection without being turn on and want to have sex. Look at my 2 sons. I saw when I woke them up everyday for their school time. It doesn't mean that they have sex on their mind but... but... but...

Other women can rape other women too.. the list is endless. The point is that Rapex isn't always effective.
