no it's not. teaching children about not being a bully and dealing with bullies is the route to go. not forcing opiinions and beliefs on others
if you talking about health and sex ed courses taught by schools, it can be discriminatory if the course is forced on the children of families that don't believe it should be taught to their children. our school district gives the parents the option for heath and hygene only, for the young kids. I have yet to see any family take that option. most of the families that are against the school polocies home school their kids anyway... or they go to a private school
Yup, I'm fine about teaching to not be or deal with bullying and I have feel that isn't necessary to force child to support GLBT because GLBT can be sensitive word to say due religious or moral reason.
That's what I was talking about health and sex education courses at school, when I was student and saw every children attended and I have felt that school could force them to attend and their parent won't know.
