SANTA ANA – The sister-in-law of fired Assistant Sheriff George Jaramillo testified before the Orange County grand jury in July that she started having sexual relations with him at age 15 – a key point in the prosecution's case that he accepted a bribe to keep her "happy."
"There is no way that somebody would ever be elected to a position of sheriff of Orange County if that person is being accused by their sister-in-law of having molested her when she was 15, 16, 17."
