Do you know this monster, The Barbie? You need to look up Mexican news more often. He is a creep, and a thug. I am so glad they have caught him.

first thing i look at to see if a guy is white or not is his name. the guy in the article has a hispanic name so even if he has white features i suspect he is hispanic. you need to broaden your knowledge of people in the world. after all white people will be in the minority in 20 years or so.
 
that whole mess in Mexico is effing crazy. more people have been killed there than USA troops in 2 wars we have been in since 9/11.

Yes, that's what the Mexican government said- 28,000 since 2006. Mayors, journalists, officials, cops have been killed. Recently, 72 Central American, and Southern American migrants have been killed in Northern Mexico, just about 100 miles south of Texas.

In Cuernavaca, Mexico, Two guys were beheaded and hung upside on the bridge. Yep, I lived in Cuernavaca.

rack up another 8 dead people. latest from CNN says 8 were killed in a bar in Cancun !! like that means no spring break parties in mexico this year, the murders are an epidemic. this is getting to be as bad as Iraq.

Mexco is running a big ad campaign here about how safe it is. :roll: They are hitting the resort towns now.
 
I have to act, dress like Mexican to enter/exit Mexico safely.

Mexico is in a struggle for who runs the country. the drug lords or the government. probably the drug lords have more $$
 
10 percent of Federal cops recently were fired for being involved with cartels. I speculate it will not alleviate the culture of corruption. Many Mexicans had learned to not trust the government long time ago.
 
The link is unreliable. It is impossible to calculate that. You need to live in Mexico City or Monterrey or Guadalajara or Veracruz to see that. They are extremely diverse than you think it is. There are plenty of Indians do have gray eyes. My cousins were born in Mexico are blonde and have gray eyes. They don't even label themselves "white" at all. I also have Japanese friends who were born in Mexico. If you are Japanese-Mexican, you are called Nikkei. They usually live in Guadalajara and Mexico city. There are Japanese restaurants there. It is a tradition many Asians come to Mexico for businesses.

It does show that there are at least 9% white citizens. It doesn't count resident aliens and visitors. Also, they seem to consider "white" to mean 100% white with no mixing, and I guess the 1% "other" would include Asian. To me, that means there are probably more people in Mexico who look white then actually get recorded as white.

I used that link just to show that "Mexican" doesn't always mean one kind of appearance.

I don't need to be convinced of their diversity; I agree with you, and I have no doubts about it. It seems there are some people though, who have stereotypes of what constitutes "Mexican."

Even more so for South America where several areas are very European and Asian.
