What do you love/hate about the AllDeaf forum?

I personally do like all the religious mumbo-jumbo around here. I would rather not see such posts. But that's me.

How about you?

I think you made a mistake (see bold word above). :)

I respect people's views and opinions, and I have participated in a few "discussions". But, nowadays I do not bother visiting the section, because I lost interest. Religious debates will go on forever.

I find the best thing about AD forum, is the friendly environment where people can talk about anything they want. The forum is also very active.
 
If I were you, I would ignore their posts. I tend to ignore the annoying comments and go in other thread that I can interest more. :)
 
I unstand what you all are saying. I said I would rather not see those threads. I am not making a demand. That would be brainless.

Also, at one point in my, when I was young, I had faith in God and directed my whole life to serving Him. But that was then and this is now. Viewing spiritual thread titles, not that I would EVER click one to enter, drive me nuts because I've been there; seen that. For some reason it irratates me.

IMPORTANT: Now that's my pet peeve in regards to AD. The reason for this threat is to have the members of this forum "Air Out" their feelings. Thank you. :squint:
 
My worst nightmare is seeing these religion forums re-opening and the bashing, flame wars and other things that falls in the catergory has sprang into life again -- damn you, AD'ers :squint: No Offense, AD'ers but that's me
 
My biggest pet peeve is the misunderstandings that occur and cause people to label me as something I am not.

Well, I don't like it when members complain about Christians too much, I mean way tooo much. it's annoying, it's like they're taking it out on all of us, when they only encountered a few Christians in real life.

And second I don't like it when people don't look at both sides of the discussion when there is an argument when both sides are at fault. It's not one-side. It's two.

What I love most about AllDeaf is that this forum has a lot of different topics that we could particular to discussed.
 
Love/hate in AllDeaf forum? I don't like to discuss too much about the oralism as it is very tiring and trying to explain why we have to lipread and speak instead of ASL. But I need to teach the hearing on the importance of having ASL so I am not giving up and still continue to fight and debate. I love to do the threads whatever that interest me and I can choose which one I am comfortable to talk about anything that goes on my mind of whatever I want to say. I feel better about airing it out. :ty:, AquaBlue. :h5:
