Advanced INF installer makes me nerves already! everytime I log on computer and appear "Advanced INF Installer, You must restart your computer before the new setting will take effect. Do you want to restart your computer now?" I click yes then same way it appears again and again repeat all time day when I get back on the computer, how can I shut it off?

I think it's spyware. You will have to delete it. The best program for this would be either SpyBot or Ad-Aware. If neither works, you can use HijackThis to delete it... then locate it and manually delete it. It seems that the original file is MSBE.DLL that's causing this problem.
