Potatoes are processed? They didn't exist before modern civilisation? Huh???
supposedly theyre not good for you. I dont claim to be an expert. Look it up yourself and make your own conclusion
However look at it this way. Who eats a plain cooked potato? Most people put some butter or fat on it, or drop them in the deepfryer. Without any condiments potatos arent real appetizing. Same goes for bread and rice

I am on about 1400 calories a day with all of the foods portioned out to fit the calories, I dont drink soda anymore, no candy, chips or a lot of things with tons of carbs. If you have questions about certain foods, which foods are good and bad carbs, fruits and other foods, I can tell you anything you want to know, and yes sunny I would help you, Kristina that would be super tough I have no idea how you manage!
