Smiles, Spicehoneypoopie - actually I just want the best possible AD Caucus that everyone will enjoy - so yeah, Ive become poll-crazed.

This is the plan so far ...

Friday morning through afternoon - Registration

Friday evening - Social Hour with "e"aministrator Reception...
~ Cash Bar ~

Saturday morning - AD Lecture with Alex and MODS (1 - 2 hrs)

Saturday all day - Sightseeing around StL

Saturday evening - Banquet with Party afterwards

Sunday morning - Breakfast Social and Good bye...*sob*

Sunday - all go home...leaving StL in a shambles. Alex and the MODS start their clean up duties at noon.

If there are any money left over from paying for the hotel and all that, it will be donated towards the upkeep of AllDeaf.

Remember this is not a final plan - it is still being worked out.

anyway sorry for going offtopic here... the plan sounds great :-D i had a suggestion but now i forgot what it is o.O ah oh well ill come back when i finally remember what i was about to suggest :-P

I already voted 4 of different times. DD knows I am not good at lecture! :lol: Or pay attention to them.... rather would fall asleep!

Can you give me location and place where nearest the hotel or let me shelter with someone who living extact area ? Let me know.. I'll be very happy and to come and meet everyones AD'ers.. :) Date and place too.. *wink*.. I gonna marked the calendar... and to make sure no conflicts.. :)

Im thinking of one hotel - there are several hotels/motels in the same area - its across from the airport too. Taking the MetroLink downtown will be a snap, too.
