I just saw on CNN tv... and it said something about
Actor, Maul, PitBulls...

so I just type that... and trying to figure out who is Ving Rhames...
and I go oh my God... not him...

and I post his picture.

Then... oh.. Caretaker... so... yeah it is sad Caretaker died.

Damn it, Deafilmedia, you almost gave me a heart attack. You must read carefully and slow or go back to school for the people who can't read again. :pissed:

Another excuse, Deafilmedia.

Yeah I saw it on CNN news LIVE. I didn't know who Ving was until I saw his picture here. I know him. Wow his dogs attacked caretaker. I wondered if he knew his dogs would attacks? This is the problem with famous people trying to get their private spaces while fans stalks them. Prolly is reason why Ving has his watch dogs which must be these 4 that mauled his caretaker. Maybe the caretaker did something to confuses the dogs?

My stepdad has K9 dog... he is very mean and will attack anyone but my stepdad and my mom. That dog tries to attack me many times, geez. I asked him why this dog does it? He said he wanted a watch dog at his shop.

Sorry Texas Guy

Nascar, all I know is... not suppose to look in the dog's eyes.
And don't run. Just cover your face and neck with your arms and hands.
And don't scream. Lay on your tummy. And don't fight.

If you got some food on you... throw it far so the dog can go fetch for it.
Cause Dogs love foods.

oh jeez scare me to death thinking that ving was killed by the dogs but not whew
but feel so bad for the man i am pray for him and his family if he had one

deafmedia be careful what you read or see please

Dammit deafilmedia - why the fuck wont you go back under that rock you crawled out from???

This is the WRONG information in dealing with aggressive dogs, this is for dealing with BEARS, Jesus, get your shit straight before you post!

For the correct information - when you come across an aggressive dog, simply walk away. If the dog attacks, fight back and control the head, if you control the head, you have control of where the body goes. Kick the dog if you have to but fight back if the dog attacks, when the dog whimpers and goes away, quickly walk - not run to a neighbors house and call for help. It also helps if you carry pepper spray to spray the dog with if he lunges at you.

You had made me LAUGH so hard! I do agreed with you! She is sure pain in ass eh?

Interesting how to 'fight' back with the dog. Thanks for the tip! :thumb:

Coroner Doubts Rhames' Dogs Killed Man

Coroner Doubts Rhames' Dogs Killed Man

LOS ANGELES (Aug. 18) - A man who died at the home of action star Ving Rhames most likely did not die from bites from Rhames' dogs, county coroner's officials said Friday.

Jacob Adams, 40, was living on Rhames' Brentwood property as a caretaker for the actor's dogs when he was bitten Aug. 3, police said.

The medical examiner who conducted Adams' autopsy Aug. 7 said the bite abrasions and lacerations on the man's body were most likely nonfatal, said Capt. Ed Winter of the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

"We're not saying the bites were definitely not the cause of death, though," Winter told The Associated Press.

An exact cause of death was still unknown pending a toxicology report to be released in about six weeks, he said.

According to a preliminary coroner's report, the dog bite marks on Adams' body -- which police officers found on Rhames' front lawn -- were around his arms and legs.

"When animals attack humans or other animals, the victims usually end up with bites around the head and neck. He had none," Winter said. "This leads us to believe he went down for some other medical reason."

An English bulldog and three bull mastiffs, including two weighing 200 pounds, were seized by animal services at the time.

Rhames, 46, told People magazine this week that his dogs were back home.

In a statement dated Monday, issued by his publicist, Rhames said he was out of the country when the incident took place.

Rhames also mentioned he was "relieved to know that the coroner's report confirmed that my dogs were not the cause of his death _ and that any wounds found on his body were superficial."

And, he added, "Jacob Adams was not just a devoted employee -- he was also a dear friend. I want to offer my heartfelt condolences to his family."

Sound like caretaker died on his own and the dogs are hungry and chew on his body? Because no one is home and Rhames is wasn't around when that happens.

Possible!! We have to wait few weeks to get the report of toxicology. Poor him!
