a place for the deafblind

It's nice to make a website for the blind/deaf. However, it's not good to use blue on black... especially for a person who can't see well. Even the font is very small too. I thought that legally blind people, who can see a little, needed big print and strong contrasting color to help them read?
 
258. Interesting site. Just like what Vampy said -- maybe better make the site black/white so it'll be easier for deafblind people to read -- plus fonts to be bigger as well?

Overall, I think it looks good. :)
