I found a website that lists what they term "Republican Offenders" but the list was too long to copy here. For anyone that wants to read biased news from the opposite side of things from the usual hot air being posted here, check it out. Here:

REPUBLICAN OFFENDERS

It's somewhat refreshing to know there are extremely biased websites for the Liberal side as well as the Conservative side. Makes for balance, yes?

What balance? I've seen two Republic "offenders" threads today but I haven't seen a thread for Democrat offenders.

I guess making lists of sexual creeps is more of a Democrat hobby.

Nope. Just trying to balance all the Obama hating threads. My point is that both sides offer good and bad.

Obama "hating" threads? Which thread is titled "Hate Obama"? I haven't seen any.

You certainly don't believe that just because people disagree with the President's plans it means they hate the person?

Any offenders deserve their day in court and justice served. The Democrats' version is just as long, if not longer. Though it appears that Democrat offenders are given the benefit of the doubt by the press and then have their fellow party members circle the wagons to protect them from any criticisms about the offenders. Or haven't you been paying attention in the last 12 months on democrat offenders? Yet they conviently forget Kennedy's own crimes. Or even former democrat U.S. Rep. William Jefferson who was convicted just recently 11 of the 16 corruption charges against him in a case that included the discovery of $90,000 in his freezer!

First, as with other Democratic scandals (Spitzer, Jefferson, McGreevey, etc.), anchors and editors again purposely dropped the "D" out of the equation, laboring not to tell viewers or readers that the offenders were Democrats. In a Republican scandal, the offending politician is usually described as a Republican in the very first sentence, and deservedly so. In a Democrat scandal, the party identification of the perpetrator can arrive in paragraph eight. Or not at all.

Only in the case of some of the members here. Here is a short list of topics, and BTW, not all are Obama-focused, but they are all focused on the Dems:

Obama the meanie - to cut off humanitarian aid to one of poorest countries in area

Famous radio station calls Obama a liar

Obama lied about AARP Supporting Obamacare...and more

The problem with Obamacare....

Obama

Kennedy should resign...

Take the red pill, Obama!

When a president shows compassion....or not.

This is just a short list. There are several others. It has gone beyond the usual debate arena. It is about lack of respect for our President. And you have issues with my posting of 2 topics on the Republicans? Oh well. Thing is, I don't like the Dems a whole lot either. I just felt like showing there are two sides to every fight. I could research the hundreds of Dem-favoring websites. I know they are out there, same as the Conservative biased sites. I don't even read replies that are against my views. I just thumb past them, even though it is unfair. I might post more slanted diatribes and website copies. You never know.

*laughter*

You're actually complaining???

Where are the posts within those threads that say, "I hate Obama"?

None of those threads say that the OP hates the person Obama.

Debate is not hate. Dislike is not hate. Disagreement is not hate.

Did any posters state, "I hate Obama"?

I think Obama would be a cool guy to sit down and have a few brewskis or even a game of street basketball. Other than that, that guys has an ulterior agenda on his hand to obtain greater and greater control over America and her people. That's where my disagreement lies and I see him as a "dangerous" man who doesn't know what he's doing by undermining America's prosperity and security.

But it's a riot to see somebody taking the time to actually complain about threads that disagree with Obama's administration or his policies.

While there is debate in some of the threads, the creator of some of these threads clearly hates the Democrats and Obama in particular. The op of some of these threads is noted for being an idealouge. I am no fan of Bush but I didn't start a zillion threads on him.

Don't read the thread then. Or at very least put me on or others on ignore. And you're complaining, too? That's why there's subthread "War & Political News."

I think the crux of all the Obama-bashing topics show the intent of the OP. Same as I have never said I lack respect for hard core anti-Obama people; but my actions certainly show my intent. I respect debates, but the same tired message repeated over and over is not debate. There was no listening going on when I was debating. It was a yell fest.

Thing is, I really am a middle of the road. Why would I spend hours a day, researching, to prove someone wrong? I don't love Obama. I have hope that he can turn things around. There is no passion in my debating for or against Obama. That is why I will not debate. You want me to debate something I am passionate about? Try the NFL football season.

However, that does not mean I cannot express my distain for the constant bashing of our President. It is about respect. You don't respect our leader? Too bad. Live with the consequences of the 2008 Election, just as I had to in 2004. In 2000, and until Iraq, I did not have issues with Bush. Only after Iraq did I want him replaced. When the American people re-elected him, I cringed. Too bad for me. I accepted the decision.

The only thing I have been saying, the bottom line, is that I have voted for BOTH parties. I don't rule out a candidate based on his party. I vote based on platforms and my situation at the time. Anyone that votes strictly on party line does not need to pay attention to any of the campaigns. They just head into the booth and look for the "D" or the "R" for their vote. How hard is that?

:gpost:

Or as so many conservaties like say to liberals, if you don't like what's going on in this country, leave it.
