Shatterproof Love​



Life's too short,
This is no game or sport
Thoughts flickering about in my brain,
With a one way ticket on a fast train
For all things, there is an end,
I know where I rather have my time to spend
As things around us seem to fall,
One thing though, something surrounds my
heart like a wall
Yea, this is no time to be sipping tea
in a cup,
I cannot let go and give up
The sky may be blue,
But I know what my heart holds true
If there was magic in the air,
To change all things so life could be
more fair
And to get what we really care for,
As love is so tender and I need more!​

Shield Of Love​



We must be brave to overcome our fears
Believe in hope and shed a few tears

We then can walk in a convincing way
Whereas we don't let ourselves get astray

From the presence of love
That provides an umbrella of security
Picture the peacefulness of a dove
Alone soaring high above the earth

Love is a splendid thing of such beauty to behold
Like going to a rainbow's end and finding a pot of gold!​

You have such a way with your words, Roadrunner. :) I can't wait to get your book of poems when you release these - should have something like 365 Poems - one for each night before someone goes to bed! :) Might do a lot of people some good to read your calming words.

Aww...thank you so much for the compliments Malfoyish. I think you just given me an idea...or should I say...'urge' to write a poem daily/nightly! I do love to write poems as much as I like writing 'stories'...and am thrilled that others are able to enjoy my poems....

Btw, more on the way....!

:lol: I have seen some of Roadrunner's Poems that he mailed to ^Angel^ before they met in Real Life And It was really heartfelt Poems.. I even had tears coming out of my eyes.

He is Real Good at it I would say the Best Than I Can do Myself.

Whispers of the Heart​



From the key hole of my heart
soft whispers echoing the steady beats of love
Vibrating each footsteps into a joyous tempo
upon plush clouds from above

Wonderous romantic vibes crawling on my skin
with sheer delight radiating upon my face
Thunderous warm quiverings through out my body
with the astounding pumping of the heart keeping its pace

Like a river, whispers overflow in a rush
from the one who was able to open the door
For she alone holds the key
allowing the joy of love we truly share and adore.​

For each moment being with you
my love grows more
Like the sky being blue
what my heart holds for you is true

Rolling waves scattering pebbles about
my pounding heart soaking in true love
My voice carrying into the wind with a shout
the joyous and beauty of this love I behold

For you alone truly touched the 'well' of love
by opening it with your love and beauty
Your angelic touch like a God sent dove
creating pureness and harmony of 'one'

Heaven built a bridge only meant for us
instilling the kind of love yet not complete
Never finished, our love can truly continue to grow
leaping in faith and hope together

As yesterday, today and forever, we'll belong
you always being my one and only
For this will be our song,
"Hello~is it you that I'm looking for?"​

Crazy 'bout you
Running in circles
Wasting my time
Following footsteps
I seem to lose mine!

Cheerfully laughing
Nothing to say
Being self-conscious
Again today

Forgetting essentials
Dropping my things
Oh, the joy
That happiness brings!

Chattering lightly,
Floating on air
Sliding on rainbows
That aren't there

Bumping into walls
Not feeling the pain
Hearing the patter
Not seeing the rain

My only excuse
For the things that I do
Is simply because
I'm crazy 'bout you!​

~Now You See~​

I may not hear that well
and please don't take advantage of it
And though my speech isn't that swell
but give me a chance so you may understand
No matter how many times you need to repeat
with your patience silently commended invariably
So words will not have me in defeat
as I struggle with its sounds
My eyes have a special skill to read
so try to face me as you speak
I know I have a special need
but I am just as human as you are!​

Midnight moon
your fullness is bright

Creating shadows
stalking in the night~

Silence may not be healthy
but it sure avoids needless gossip~
