Very interesting!

My wife was waking up in the night with leg cramps. All night long she jerked and twitched keeping me awake. I finally convinced her to eat a banana a day and we both slept peacefully. Sone of her medications were depleating her potassium. The doc agreed and prescribed some potassium supplements? Bananas are cheaper and work just as well!

My husband is potassium deficient but he hates bananas so his doctor
prescribes potassium pills so it works well for him. He has to have potassium pills otherwise he gets those weird cramps in his arms and hands, they look
twisted when he dont have enough potassium in his body, really weird.
I dont think people can eat bananas everyday as they can get tired of them,
i can only tolerate them after two days as i get sick of it heh....im not too crazy about bananas anyways.

make sense to me. I do have hamstring problem (on right thigh mostly) since 1992. Had to eat some banana sometime for prevent more hamstring futher. No banana then hamstring pain come back as worst!

Notice some track stars eat some banana before trial events start.
