In my state there is blacks and white all over working at the gas station.. It's like 50-50% of blacks and white working ... It doesn't matter any race can work at a gas station in my own words... We have a bunch of gas stations here and thought about working at one but nah I changed my mind since it's not really safe even though our gas is right on the corner where we live and there is cops all over that gas station to protect the womens who are working there and it's really safe...

Indians and Mexicians are willing to take any jobs what Americans didn't want to take jobs. We thanked them to serve us. :ty:

They took their life to be risky to be rob or to be shot while Americans are playing with their kids at home or chat with their friends on AIM. :(

Our Amercia gives their dreaming to live up on their next generations into the better future. Their next generations will seve our country better. :)

Yes, I won't be lucky if they hire Indians and Mexicain instead me...they think them as work hard people. I can't blame them then I would have to work McDonald's to build my resume up better. :ugh2:

my town used to have 7-11 but not anymore

i don't give fk about my state plm hiring ppl RME

if i don't get job sooner i will move out of my state to other state period

All gas stations ARE dangerous, not only 7-11 stores. I have NEVER seen anything bad happen in 7-11 stores since for a long time. I go there a lot. I never heard of any bad thing happen at 7-11 nearby my apt. The reason 7-11 is dangerous is because it's located in a bad area, doesn't mean 7-11 store is a "bad" store.

Minnesota doesn't have 7-11 anymore :tears: since Super America beat them in competion (sp?).

when I was a kid, I would go to 7-11 alot on White Bear ave in St. Paul alot. I don't know whats up with 7-11, have seen them in Texas.

yeah, you're right. I was thinking that I don't recall any 7-11's in MN while I was living there.

I'm not sure about 7-11 in Texas though. Maybe not in my area (San Antonio). We frequent Valero instead.

Really, there have MANY reasons to not hiring people to work at ANYWHERE include 7-11 Store... I did apply at 7-11 near by my home, they hired the India Person instead of me, I was confused, I had experience with jobs that they could hire me quickly. I don't care, I can find another jobs than just that job.

I did work at Senior Center(that's where old people come in for lunch and have fun together), Township Hall(that's where to working for money to change like the bank but different, filing the different houses in with price, etc like that), Dihel's(selling apples, apple juice, dounts, etc), Hollywood Video(cashier and put the movies back in the shelf), A Waitress at Hotel Resturant for events only, and Farmer Jack Food Store(bagger). I'm deaf, I don't have problems with hearing people, they love to having me at work with them because I'm good and hard worker. I know deaf people can do anything whatever they want to work!
 
I think they have a right to not hire you because the job responsibilities include answering the phone.

It's like working for a police department or the fire department. There are positions there that require you to hear everything at all times.

How come did Senior Center and Township Hall hired me to working with them which I had to use the phone but they told me to not have to do that? Hmmm? Plus, I'm deaf? I worked on the computer, filing, the kitchen room, worked with the money, filing the house with the price to making sure that they are correct for number like square, money, how many bedrooms/bathrooms, etc like that more than that kind to working for me. I worked that two jobs same time...

Were you the only one working in that location? Most 7-11 locations have only one person working.

Kind of jobs that I worked at Senior Center and Township Hall, yeppers they was for me only, no one help me. I worked on them on myself, I was really enjoy to working there, I worked there for three summers, I moved to another job to working because I already have experience working with them, that time I was only 14 to 17 years old to working there. I'm not even kidding, I could prove by the newspaper that people came to there to taking the pictures of me and showed people about me in the newspaper in Michigan. I will get the newspaper when I visit Michigan this June 20. ;)

:giggle: You silly, I would do that. But it's too old news already. They might have the reasons why to hiring another people than me becuase they might have expreience with stuffs than I do, or something like that. Depends on people, also hard to know if they won't hiring me because I'm being deaf or another reasons... Have to watch how they act, react, such like that...
