As I stated prior, if an employer has been paying a woman lesser wages simply because of her gender, then the lawsuit is not frivolous. It is substantiated.

No, I both read and understand your previous post. I am saying it is bunk. A lawsuit based on substantiated behavior of an employer is not frivolous. At least not to the courts, and the woman who was paid less based on nothing more than her gender. The only people who believe it to be frivolous are those that would support the continued inequality.

If you really did read and understand the post, then I find it odd that you attempt to refute a point with a fact that the point actually supports.

Methinks you be confused again.

LOL, this is why I laugh at anyone who says women have equal legal status in the USA.

seems to me that dutch is trolling in several different threads.

I noticed...I would be interested to hear Dutch's opinions on the topic not what others do..

Justice is NEVER frivolous.
Bring on the lawsuits. It will define us.

Read my other posts. You guys can whine and pretend I'm trolling and try to get me banned all you want. It's either that or name-calling...always the best you can do.

Action speaks louder than words regardless of the little details.

The 36 men could've amended the bill but choose not to and thus voted against fair pay for women.
They tried but the amendments were voted down.
