16 Pound Tumor Removed from Teen's Face

I haven't read about this before. Oh boy, that's huge. I hope the girl'll have nearly normal face after few bouts of operation.

Nancy,

I don't know why SherryCherish said, "Repost," as I looked on truthorfiction.com and the story did not come up, so I'll take it as true. This is the most pitiful thing I have ever seen, not just for a child, but for a girl especially, going into puberty is hell enough for her and she had to endure being called names. My god! :tears: What is wrong with people and their lack of concern for this young lady. What the hell was their excuse for calling her names, as if it was her fault for this huge tumor?

Tell you what, though...in about four years, this young bonny lass is going to be graduating from high school. Pity the stupid teenage boy who doesn't ask her out for prom, because then any boy who doesn't should have his head examined (I'm not referring to the smaller of them, btw). Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes straight to the bone. I'm betting she'll be the one that the evil step-sisters will hope won't be asked out and, when she arrives, this bonny lass will have, her arm on the sleeve of the man of their dreams.

*break my heart* my heart goes out for her...

hopefully her surgery successed operation.

oh poor girl! break my heart to see that.. sigh.. hope get surgery and get tumor out of her face... pray for her

Holey moley! Very hard to believe that the parents let it grow and grow and grow until 16 lbs!!! What kind of parents are they?!

She isn't the only one, I've seen serveral children had tumors on their face on the Murphy Show ( I'm not sure if I spell it correctly ) but anyways, doctors didn't know back then how to removed the tumors from a child's face, so that may be a reason why the tumor grew bigger, and wasn't taken care of it when it first started so, It wasn't the parent's fault....

maybe wrong forum i think.. my mistaken.. yeah its very sad.. wish she never got that.

it's mostliky not having enof accsess to the care neaded, hati has a lot going on right now their are still a lot of refuges come from their, I don't think it is the mother fault , it probable to this long for a doctor hear to take her on via some sort of charity it's going to cost at least 95,000 and thats if their are no complications.

Oh I have seen something like that to a 5 or 6 yrs old boy who had a suregry and of course it scary something like that. Poor girl.
