You See israel will not hold this soldier for court martial. Remember one of US soldiers got a 10 year prison sentence for torturing iraqi prisoners? What about israel responsibilty on this? I think this soldier should get the death penalty excution by firing sqaud. Or Turn over the soldier to P.L.O authority.See why should our soldiers be punished for wrong doing but israel army is never gonna punish their soldiers. I'm not going to allow the U.S. to lower ourselves to Israel's level. We MUST punish our own soldiers if we want to maintain the high ground and moral superiority.

Listen israel is our friend. They are a free nation. They know what grabbing the bull by the horns mean. And our politicans will not allow our military to grab the bull by the horns against the enemy. Our liberal media will keep on snooping around the military business. Look cops dont allow the news media to snoop around their business. Cause cops have full power to slap the cuffs on you if you dont obey their commands. Our Military should do the same..When a national news crew in around the army the sergent should call the Lieutenant and the Lieutenant orders you turn the camera off. If you dont turn the camera off he should grab the camera away from you and shoot it with a machine gun. Just like if a police officer tells you to step away YOU BETTER STEP AWAY or out comes the cuffs and he`ll place you under arrest for disorderly conduct.

i think the soldier should spend some time behind bars, but 10 years is a little too much, mabye a few months would be fine. after all, she was TOLD to do it by superiors

She was just obeying orders by her commanding officers.You see in the military you have to obey orders or theyre write you up for court martial. I think she should get a dishonable discharge thats it.

The Palistinian girl was collateral damage, a crude way of saying her death was unintentional. She was not the target. The soldiers were firing back on combatants AFTER they had been fired on.
