Liebling, this is what happen to Chinese Cresteds because of breed's hereditiy. It's not good for sun exposed when they get sunburn. Also, it's not good for freezing outside if they have to wear heavy coats/clothes on. Yea, when they get older, they get warts, splotches, and skin problems.

Why don't ask your vet.? I think it's probably anixety attack or having territonial mark ( for showing who's the boss/showing the female cat that knows the male who's fall in love ). It's not only pet cats, all type of cats do pee anywhere for territonial marks.
