Thanks:ty: I was referring to somebody who did at one time hear normally and then lose their hearing to the point they decided to get a CI? . I get really worried about it .

It is hard isnt it I am going through the same thing .They tell me all is not lost when and if i loose all my hearing I can have a CI ...Not much comfort is it . I have always been deaf in my right ear .Thanks to meiniers there is not much left in my other one..

My ex was in the RAF I loved germany .I had perfect hearing then .
