    It matters when you get out in the real world but to start with a communication method for a child it doesnt as long as you learn something else everyone else is using so that child can make friends.... but for starters what ever works

    I see do what is best for your child I agree but if someone wants to teach their child a new method to communicate your child has to agree to learn it.. Its ovious that Csigns child learned differently how to do things and she said that he is doing good in communicating thats all that matters...
