    Can ADA forces non-profit org to provide me a terp?

    My interpreting is very inexpensive. My interpreting is very inexpensive. I do interpret once an while at a Jewish school here in Orange County, the school paid me. Some interperters charge alot more.

    I charge $15.00 for my interptering. I agree with Richard, most interprerters charge between $10 to 30 dollars an hr, and some even higher. I'm cheap I charge $15.00 an hr. I don't believe the deaf should have to pay alot for an interpreter. Margie

    They can also use My IP Relay If you can't get ttds you can use My IP Relay on AIM. Its free too. Or you can get HOVRS for free too. Margie

    ASL, PSE, or SEE, which is superior

    I think ASL is superior Most deaf use ASL cause they hard time with English. They teach SEE so they can learn to read and write. I use ASL, I don't use English anymore, unless I have to. When I do my interpreting I use ASL only. Margie
