Would you make a bucket list or at least a list of goals you want to achieve, if so what would be on it? I'm just curious from a conversation my friend and I were having and thought I'd ask. :wiggle:

There's deaf events all the time...it just depends how far you live from them. In my town there aren't really too many events. Every 1st Sunday of the month here at Starbucks is a deaf event, but not a lot of people go and I know like every other month there's one at Pizza hut. If you're taking...

:ty: Thanks everyone. I'm supposed to go today in a little bit. I got a lot on my list. @Dogmom Glad to know she's doing fine. :) The farmer's market here only comes once or twice a year for a week in the mall parking lot and when it does, it gets busy. I love when they come to town.

Making a grocery list.

@Dogmom We used to eat a lot of home cooked meals, but the family has got so busy we always miss each other and don't have time to cook anymore. Lately everything is from pizza, nachos, to spaghetti. We've just been cooking quick things. So, I want to try to get us all to eat healthy again...

Hmm, Thanks everyone. I've already tried a lot of this, but I'll try going back to the school and seeing what I can do to get them.

They won't give the remotes to anyone. I just have to ask them for closed captions or I just turn my phone on and read books instead. The only channels that are on are the home network, the cooking channel and infomercials about exercise equipment. They play one section of sports and one section...

I'm about 7 classes away from graduating and now I'm not even sure I'll be able to graduate because I can't pay for my books. I'm in two programs at school, but because budget cuts the program isn't helping with books. The scholarships are really hard to get and the only way you can get a loan...

That's true. Yeah, I hated being at that gym. Out of all the 20 something tv's they had, only 3 TV's had closed captions and were all on the same channels. I won't mention the pool. But, I will try to make cooking a fun event. I can't listen to music anymore. I went profound deaf about a year...
