That's not true. My caseworker is deaf and shes a social worker. I swear people are just threatened by the fact that we may end up being better than them.

Thats why I keep them little note tabs in my pocket and a pen just in case.

My advise, go with a college that has small classes that way the professor won't avoid you in the process of teaching. I went to Pennsylvania College of Technology (basically because they have the best Collision major in the state) but also because the class sizes were small and not over-crowded...
