I DO suffer from that .. Due to my ADHD and Restless Leg Sydrome... i did change my ways of frinking to non caffine, Water etc it dont help.. even meds .. Only thing will help me sleep. Is maryjane lol or a 8 oz of Mix of Early times w/ dr pepper or Markers Mark with dr pepper...
