Huh? How can guess that Alienware is better than any regular computer while Alienware doesn't make anything inside the cpu. I have to admit the computer case is awesome. As for inside such as processor, memory, video card, sound card and hard drive.... You can get that from Dell, HP and others...

No it is not true. On color sidekick, you can open MS Words document, PDF and others document format while B&W sidekick you can't. Also, AOL program is included. As for B&W, you still can access AOL via website. There are some extra features that I don't remember because I don't own either B&W...
