Thanks, But the batterys work in the remote....The remote works for everything else fine such as settings, network etc.... The network settings are fine as we can call out and they can call in...... This is a issue that I will deal with later by process of elimination..... thanks...

It works fine and they are in the directory. The question is not about it working really as much as why they cannot click Enter on "Accept" and it then cuts them off. That is the only issue we have.
