Doesn't change anything I said. You mentioned many of the reasons why people are choosing the 20% of VRS industry over Sorenson - they are tired of the bad "average" VRS experience with Sorenson.

Understood and agreed, however, that's not what I'm referring to. I'm referring to genuinely bad "average VRS experience" with Sorenson, mainly attributed to bad terping.

Wrong again. Comcast & Verizon do not get "reimbursed" by VRS funds or anything of that sort for "minutes". Because we are using government money to "reimburse" VRS providers for VRS minutes, the VRS providers are bound by DIFFERENT set of rules than Comcast and Verizon would be, even though...
