I was born in Eastern Europe (CCCP), moved to US 12 years ago. I am currently live 5 minutes away from Washington, Dirty City.

I'm far up north-east of Jersey. It's been a long while so I guess I got the hours wrong. I was used to riding bus down to DC via chinatown bus which takes about 4 hrs. I suppose you're right - 3 hours by car.
