what's your sleeping position?

U have a good question...my girls are pretty big so u would think they would be in the way. Maybe that's why I need a pillow to lift my head rather than my head being exactly paralell to my body. I dont know..lemme try sleeping completely flat on my stomach tonight to see if my "girls" are in the way. LOL!
 
When I was a kid, I used to sleep in the fetal position all the time, and then I stopped when I was around 13 or 14 years old. Now I just sleep on my side.
 
I love to sleep on my stomach and hold my pillow in one arm and my baby (dog) with the other arm....
 
i am insomniac but if i am be able to sleep, i sleep on sides and my dog sleep on my left side
 
I always usually sleep on my side with my legs slightly curled up and arch up my back just a little bit.

Do any of you guys put your hands under the pillow or under your head or just let your arms lay loose wide open on the bed as well?

For me, I usually put my arm and hands across the pillow.

I have both my hands under the pillow when I lay on either side.

From Jiro's picture ... Foetus and Soldier are my positions.
 
This is somewhat kinda off the topic but it still relates to the sleeping position

This one shows how a couple sleeps together and interestingly, it even explains the reasons for it. Not that it's bad but it is funny in it's own way.

haha interesting one. On couple sleeping position, I was both honeymoon hug/Sayang and Zen style. I can't do the spooning... her hair gets in my face and it tickles. I breathe heavy so it gets in my nose as well. I don't know why she does the "Leg Hug" and that usually wakes me up in the middle of my deep sleep. oh well now my dog bothers me in my sleep. gggrrrrr. sometimes he kicks me or sleeps right in front of my face or sleeps on top of me. :confused:

It's funny because when I'm spooning with a guy, Oh - It annoys me when I can feel his "thing" coming up and I'm like uh....this isn't the time to do this! I'm trying to sleep! :giggle:

The leg hug always feels good because you know you can sleep but yet still feel close and all comfy. Well, it's not good when my feet is cold and I need some foot warmers. :lol:

Hahaha... yeah, it's something I don't quite understand.

That's why I always say, "I can't sleep on my back unless it's in an unusual position." ;)
