My dogs are my home security system since I trust them lot enough to alert me if anybody come around the house or breaking in the house. It can't hurt to look into getting a security system such as ADT maybe can look up on HearMore.com - Variety of products for deaf, deafness, hearing impaired, hard of hearing or Harris Communications - products for deaf, deafness, hard of hearing, hearing impaired, and hearing loss. for deaf security system.
 
Our house already installed that when we bought it but we never used it. I am always home so don't need waste $ for it.

So I don't know which system is best though! Just keep researching and call ask all those questions! :)

No, more than that as in AUS Dollars but it is worth for my parents house, as it is a BIG house.
