Has anyone here tried SpecialK protein water? Its suppose to take make you full from hunger. I bought it and was wondering if it really works? Today's my first day to really give feedback that it does work. Just checking here :)

I've seen it advertised, but I haven't tried it. I do carry a Special K snack bar with me for quick energy, though.
 
I eat different Kellog Special K a lot but I never heard about Special K protein water. wow, I will check at supermarket. :ty: for let me know.
 
It looks the same as SlimFast... another flavored drink that is sweet and supposedly stops your hunger. I think it's more of an issue of will power not the drink itself.

If you try it and it actually makes you full, let us know. :thumb:

:ty: for the link, it makes sense now drinking natural water is much better than any artifcial protein drink. I am sure this Special K contains sugar like sucrose and splenda. It already convinced me to stick to plain water. I add fresh lemon juice to my cold water so water won't taste so plain.
 
Please do not buy this junk! It will not work, it wont help
you to lose weight, same as SlimFast or any diet pills too!!
Do not be mislead by these money hungry vendors..they are
out to rip you off, period!
If these products work, how come every obese person in this
world still F A T?? think about it....so apparently, they do not
work at all....
Just plain ole will power, lots of water, sensible eating, exercises,
etc will just do it, period...there are no magic pill, or magic drinks
that will help you lose weight.
So dont waste your money on these expensive junk!

There is some truth to that for misleading people. I did buy the strawberry kiwi drink it was not so nasty. I will stick with the natural water than this product. You never know, what can develop in the long run health wise. I did read the link that omegaman posted it convince me to stay with plain water. I just believe working out and eating right is the key to maintaining your weight. Drinking plain water does make a person full to without drinking sucrose inside these protein drinks made by Special K.

Me too, I was mislead to buy this product and stick to plain water. Water can't be all that bad if you add a little fresh lemon juice it does the job :)

Thats how i lost 35 lbs...just plain ole fashioned way...lots of water,
sensible eating..(my way.. low carb, low fat, no sugar), exercises..
i never did buy any "over the counter" diet pills, diet drinks or nothing
as i know they do not work at all..my dietian (sp?) nurse told me that it is
the truth that they do not work.

I drink Strawberry Kiwi 1 or 2 times a day. I LIKE it very much!! Its taste so good. I am not crazy abt drinking plain water!

Oh sure, you can drink those fruit flavored water which is fine if
you prefer them, as long they are not sugared..you can get some
that have Splenda in them...i like Raspberry and Strawberry flavors
too..mmm! There are lemon flavored too which i havent tried but
i will try those too..sounds good too.

I tried lemon.. Its so good. I also tried mixed berry. I dont like the taste. yuck!
